Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Please note: this text is a template. It was written to match what the Lienda Shop app actually does, but it is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before publication. The German version is the legally binding one.

§ 1 Scope and provider

These terms apply to all orders placed through the Lienda Shop app with Alhamada, owner Hazem Alhamada, Gerhardstr. 6, 47137 Duisburg, Germany ("we"). Deviating terms of the customer do not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to them.

A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code).

§ 2 Formation of contract

  1. The presentation of products in the app is not a binding offer but an invitation to order.
  2. By submitting your order you make a binding offer to buy the items in your basket.
  3. We confirm receipt of the order by email without delay. This confirmation of receipt is not yet an acceptance of your offer.
  4. The contract is concluded when we expressly declare acceptance or dispatch the goods.
  5. We store the contract text; you can view your order data at any time in the app under "My orders". The contract language is German, English or Arabic.

§ 3 Prices

The prices shown in the app at the time of ordering apply. Prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed.

[TO BE COMPLETED] — if the small business rule under § 19 German VAT Act applies, this clause must be adjusted (no VAT shown).

§ 4 Payment methods

  • PayPal
  • Credit and debit card (processed through the PayPal Orders API)
  • Klarna (purchase on account / instalments under Klarna's terms)
  • Bank transfer to the account below
  • Redemption of reward points (see § 8)

For bank transfers we dispatch the goods once payment has been received. Bank details:

IBAN: DE81 3505 0000 1301 7067 82

§ 5 Delivery and shipping costs

  1. We deliver to Germany and 21 other EU countries (see Shipping & payment).
  2. Shipping is with DHL, DPD or Hermes. Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days from conclusion of the contract or, for advance payment, from receipt of payment.
  3. Within Germany, delivery is free from an order value of €69. The threshold currently in force and the shipping costs for other countries are shown in the app before you complete your order.
  4. If an ordered product is unavailable we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.

§ 6 Retention of title

Delivered goods remain our property until paid for in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, exceptions and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal policy.

§ 8 Reward points and fortune wheel

  1. You receive 1 point per euro of order value. 100 points equal a credit of €1.
  2. Points can be redeemed from a balance of 300 points.
  3. The fortune wheel can be spun once per day in the app. Prizes may be points, euro vouchers or free products and are credited to your account automatically.
  4. Points and prizes are not transferable and are not paid out in cash.
  5. If an order is withdrawn or cancelled, the points granted for it are reversed; points already redeemed are credited back to your account.
  6. In the event of abuse — in particular automated spins or multiple accounts — we may cancel points and block the account.

§ 9 Warranty

Statutory liability for defects applies. For food, please observe the best-before date shown. Please report obvious transport damage to us promptly; this is not required to preserve your statutory rights but helps us pursue claims against the carrier.

§ 10 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

§ 11 Dispute resolution

European Commission platform for online dispute resolution: [TO BE COMPLETED]. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 12 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of habitual residence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
