Carriers and delivery time
Depending on destination and parcel size we ship with DHL, DPD or Hermes. Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days from conclusion of the contract, or from receipt of payment for advance payment. Once the parcel is on its way you will find the tracking number in the app under "My orders" and receive an email.

The free-shipping threshold is maintained in the app and can change. Currently: from €69 within Germany. The value shown in the app always applies.
Payment methods
- PayPal
- Pay with your PayPal account. After paying you are returned to the app automatically.
- Credit and debit card
- Card payment, technically processed through the PayPal Orders API. Your card details are handled by PayPal and not stored by us.
- Klarna
- Purchase on account or in instalments under Klarna's terms.
- Bank transfer

Returns
Our withdrawal policy applies to returns. Please note the exceptions there for perishable and sealed food.
