Which countries do you deliver to?
Germany plus 21 other EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. You pick the destination in your basket.
What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Within Germany, shipping is free from an order value of €69; the threshold in force is shown in the app. Below it, and for other countries, cost depends on weight and destination and is shown before you pay. Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days.
How do points and the fortune wheel work?
You earn 1 point per euro spent, and 100 points are worth €1. From 300 points you can redeem your balance at checkout. You can also spin the fortune wheel once a day to win points, vouchers or free products.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Perishable food and sealed food or hygiene items whose seal has been removed after delivery are excluded. Full details are in the withdrawal policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit and debit cards, Klarna, bank transfer, and redeeming reward points. Card payments are processed through the PayPal Orders API.
How do I delete my account?
Email alhamada.shop@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account and associated data unless a statutory retention obligation applies. See the privacy policy.
